Victoria McAlman, Principal

Hello Panther Community!

It is my esteemed honor to introduce myself as the Principal of Lynn Fanning Elementary School. Lynn Fanning is rich in culture and history that exemplifies excellence, and I am deeply honored to be a part of it.

I began my educational career with the Clarksville Montgomery County School System as a classroom teacher, and I transitioned into multiple leadership roles such as multi-classroom leader, 504 coordinator, and administrator. Prior to the Principal role, I was the assistant principal at Riverton Elementary School with Madison County Schools.

I earned my Master's Degree in Educational Leadership at Austin Peay State University and my Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education at Alabama Agricultural and Mechanical University. I also completed the Aspiring Administrators Academy in Tennessee and participated in various educational policy fellowships across Tennessee, including the Tennessee Educators of Color Alliance Fellowship and the State Collaborative on Reforming Education (SCORE) Fellowship.

Education for all is truly my passion, and I wholeheartedly believe it can change the lives of all the students we, as educators, come across. I am ecstatic to work alongside each of you to academically, socially, and emotionally prepare our students to reach their fullest potential.

On a personal note, I thoroughly enjoy spending quality time with my husband, Kenneth, and our daughter, Taylor. In my spare time, I also enjoy reading, crafting, and traveling with family and friends.
